Overcoming panic attacks is not actually as hard as you may think it is, as long as you use the right cures for panic attacks and techniques in the right way.
Now depending on the method you settle on, they are different in efficiency, some will slowly help you get rid of your panic attacks in something like a few weeks, while some of the newer techniques, the ones with the more 'cutting edge' technology are actually capable of curing your panic attacks - for good - in seconds. Yes, it's actually true, which I do believe is good news for most people suffering from panic attacks on a regular basis, like you, perhaps?

So basically, my point is, that this stuff usually works, but the effects don't always last, so picking a good method that actually works is critical to your success. If you don't... well then let's just say it will take more than 'seconds' to completely get rid of the panic attacks and anxiety.
And then, what you actually end up choosing is completely up to you, and you will treatment for panic attacks to base that on your own personal needs, how bad it is, and so on.
